Making petroleum industry greener
Making Petroleum Industry Greener will be the main scope of the workshop. The task of the Short Course is to explore how to revitalize mature fields with the contemporary EOR methods by injection of CO2. The scope of the course is to give the comprehensive knowledge of new technologies and reservoir characterization in exploitation of remaining hydrocarbon reserves. Other issues concerning CO2 will be discussed in the sessions organized in cooperation with ESCOM Project – Evaluation System for CO2 Mitigation and in cooperation with the ENeRG project concerning Carbon Capture and Storage and Subsurface Energy Storage.

The Course will focus on challenges of petroleum drilling services – driling fluids, drill bits, Frac Pack and cementation.
Course 2. June, 11th – 15th
ENERGY BUSINESS & NATURAL GAS VALUE CHAIN
The Course will focus on challenges of natural gas market and gas companies in changing European conditions. Round table – CSEE Gas Infrastructure Development will be organized on Monday 11th June in cooperation with Energy Delta Institute and dmg events Global Energy.
