CROATIAN MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND EDUCATION 

For more than two decades the Croatian Ministry of Science and Education has been supporting the work and functioning of the IUC. This support was established in 2002 and through this time it covered scholarships, operational expenses and equipment. 

Four scholarships per course are available for participants from Croatian higher education and scientific institutions taking part in IUC courses (students, professors, scientists). Generally, one and the same individual may receive one scholarship per year. Scholarships cover travel expenses within Croatia and half-board accommodation during the course period. Participants arrange the travel themselves and the IUC Secretariat refunds the amount of a paid ticked up to 150 Euro upon arrival. Accommodation reservations are made by the IUC Secretariat. Accommodation in the Dormitory or other kind of budget accommodation is requested.
In the case of dormitory or private accommodation, meals (breakfast and one meal) are organised by the IUC Secretariat in the caffeteria Atrium located on the ground from of IUC builiding. Applications for scholarships are submitted by course directors or interested candidates to the IUC Secretariat. Academic title and status must be stated.
Applications must be submitted at least a month before the beginning of the course.
