Course description:

Though a relatively new public phenomenon, artificial intelligence (AI) in its current incarnation has a potential to significantly alter thinking across many philosophical domains. While a lot has been said about AI ethics, the event aims to broaden the attention of philosophers to other affected areas, such as epistemology, metaphysics, philosophy of science and the general philosophy of technology. Individual contributors of early career researchers and faculty are to be followed by an extensive time for discussions and interactions.
