The course's primary objective is to encourage cooperation and promote the exchange of knowledge between participants from different countries. The course is a meeting of respected scientists who work with neurology and stroke, presenting and discussing all significant aspects of brain health risk factors and new insights into epidemiology, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of brain disorders and stroke.
As brain diseases are increasing in number and have become a major, not just medical, but also substantial public health and financial problem, we decided to widen our learning objectives to another brain disease, not just stroke. According to data from scientific literature, it is evident that lifestyle modification has a significant role in the prevention of brain impairment. The central feature of the course is that it enables the exchange of experience among experts and compares data from various countries. Also, the course allows knowledge transfer between respected scientists from Western countries and colleagues from Central and Eastern European countries working in the field of brain diseases.
Sharing and spreading knowledge contributes significantly to increased awareness, more successful prevention, and better management of brain diseases. According to WFN, There is no Health without Brain Health.
