Professor Hans Joachim Seitz, the longstanding member of the IUC Executive Committee, has written an interesting article in the Croatian Medical Journal, suggesting the Action Plan which would enable Croatian academic and scientific circles to have access to, and the use of the EU funds. According to Prof. Seitz, this Action Plan would enable stronger development of science in Croatia as well as better chances for further education of gifted students.
