The International Scientific Conference "Graduated structures in algebra and their applications" (dedicated to the memory of Prof. Marc Krasner) will be dedicated to the memory of the famous French mathematician Marc Krasner, who made a huge contribution to the development of this theory, as well as to the abstract algebra and number theory in general.
The notion of graded structures is at the same time old and new: the graduation was formally introduced into mathematics during the XVIII century through Euler’s homogeneous polynomials and functions. Other notions of homogeneity were introduced afterwards in various algebraic structures as weights of polynomials and functions, dimension of geometrical and topological objects, order of differential operators, and more general Z-graded ring in algebraic geometry and topology.
The aim of this conference is to present the latest results starting with Bourbaki – Krasner’s graded, to Krasner – Vuković’s paragraded, as most general graded structures, including its applications in different fields of mathematics.
Keynote speakers on these topics with the international expertise in their respetive fields are a guarantee of success for this international meeting.
