Course description:
The Course will focus on application of EU law in the enlarged EU, and on impact of EU law on candidate and potential candidate countries in pre-accession period. Specific attention will be given to how EU law affects stabilization of legal and political structures in candidate and potential candidate countries, as well as their mutual cooperation within framework of specific EU-inspired regional trade arrangements.
