Course description:

We propose to organize the Dubrovnik conference in the week of May 27-31, 2019 on the topic of moral epistemology. We will construe this topic broadly enough to include the epistemology of other normative domains, including ethics, aesthetics, epistemology, and practical reason. At the same time, we are aiming for a workshop that is unified around the central theme of the epistemology of normativity.

We propose to hold 4 x 90 minute sessions each day for five days – two in the morning and two in the afternoon – with a free afternoon on Wednesday. This will give us a total of 18 sessions in all. We are planning to set aside 2 sessions for speakers from Ohio State and 2 sessions for speakers from local universities, i.e. University of Maribor (Slovenia) and University of Rijeka (Croatia). This leaves 14 sessions remaining for invited speakers.
